Ben and his wife Sarah both graduated from Iowa State University and have two kids. Ben has been in the financial services industry since 2009, working for Wells Fargo and Marine Credit Union. A surprise move from Onalaska, WI back to Cedar Rapids, IA in 2014 brought him into the securities industry where he has earned his Series 99, Series 7, and Series 24 licenses, held through LPL Financial.

Ben has always enjoyed helping people achieve their goals, and he loves to be part of a team. When not in the office, he sings in his church's choir, with his daughter, volunteers in middle school ministry, and taxis his kids to dance lessons and taekwondo. He and his family enjoy playing games and being outdoors.

Kelly Buresh is the Director of New Business at EDGE Investment Solutions. With almost 20 years in the banking and finance industry, Kelly’s knowledge and experience has been a great asset to the team at EDGE.

Kelly is from Eastern Iowa where she continues to reside. Outside of work, Kelly enjoys spending time with her family. Most of her nights and weekends consist of cheering on her daughter, Madyx, in basketball, volleyball, and softball. Kelly loves sneaking in a round of golf whenever she can.

Andrea Francisco is the Market Development Coordinator at EDGE Investment Solutions, where she manages marketing efforts to nourish client relationships and advance the company’s mission. She is a graduate from Luther College and has experience in financial services, sales and event planning.

In 2019 she began listening to Dave Ramsey, which developed into a desire to help others achieve financial freedom and discover God’s principles for financial management. Outside of work, Andrea enjoys spending time with her husband, children, family and friends, participating in church activities, and playing sports with her kids.

Mardell Sanders is a Special Project Coordinator.  She grew up in a small mining town in Southwestern Colorado where she developed a love for the out-of-doors and thrived in the small, close-knit community.  A graduate of the University of Colorado, Mardell spent much of her professional career as a cast member and Director of Sales and Marketing in an outdoor drama. She loved her career in travel and tourism.

Her faith and family are the center of Mardell’s life. She has two adult children and one “nearly perfect” grandson with whom she spends a great deal of time. They love good food and visiting local restaurants together.  She enjoys reading and is active in a ladies' book club she helped start in her neighborhood. She loves connecting people with financial professionals who can guide them to fulfilling their financial goals and a higher standard of living.

Lynne holds a BA in History from Coe College in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. With the guidance of Financial Peace University, she has been debt-free since 2011, and takes satisfaction from helping others begin their journey to financial freedom. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, crossword puzzles and spending time with friends.

Originally from Solon, Iowa, Lucas Walker now calls Cedar Rapids home after graduating from Mount Mercy University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. During his time there, he was a dedicated member of the baseball team for four years.

As part of the EDGE team as an Administrative Assistant, Lucas plays a versatile role across multiple business areas while working toward his goal of becoming a financial advisor. Joining EDGE soon after college, he is passionate about helping others manage their financial goals.

Outside of work, Lucas is engaged in his church, enjoys quality time with his fiancée and friends, and enjoys workouts, golf, outside activities, and watching football.
